How Can Synchronizea Pulse with Different Freq with a Constant Frequency Clock

I hav a pulse which has a frequency different at different time and i hav to synchronize this pulses with the constant frequency clock...

How can i do this?

This isn't covered in the book? Why don't you explore the definition of "synchronize"?

Then see how that relates to constant, and changing.

Hurry and get back to me, "with the theoritical calculations please...." my exam is tomorrow.

i don't know about that tft lcd driver
