Hmm Rule 75...

My suggestion is cold turkey, with regime of aerobic exercising to refocus the mind.

What type of pipe? Here the old pipe is usually terracotta. They reline it with PVC. Dig out a section the length of the standard PVC. They start at a clean out to replace it too. Just push the PVC down it making up the joints as you go.

I think Tobugrynbak's intention was for you to use BOTH therapies together.

Here I will describe:

"Cold turkey" describes the actions of a person who gives up a habit or addiction all at once — that is, rather than gradually easing the process through reduction or by using replacement medication.

Exercise "regime" : Tabata Method, a form of high-intensity interval training

"Aerobic exercise" is physical exercise that intends to improve the oxygen system.[1] Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in the body's metabolic or energy-generating process. Many types of exercise are aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time.

Hope this clears up any further questions or misconceptions for you.

I asume there are several companies performing this task but in Ontario Canada there is a company near Windsor that inspects then installs a resin soaked liner and inflates it into postion for curing. They seem to be busy all the time and work both in Canada and USA. They should be on the net.. Hope it helps.

yeah relining is a good cost effective way however it does get costly if the drain line to be lined is not straight and over 40 meter if lining u/s (up stream). you will need expensive air invertor and the fairly new cip flex liner www.hazmat-response.co.uk
