I have one USB TV Tuner connect to my pc and i would like to control the volume at the pc .
when i control the pc volume the tv volume also increase. my problem is i want to control
the volume seperately, how should i do it.

If you are running the TV through your PC and change your overall PC volume then the TV volume will change also.
If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, Microsoft has built in a per-application volume control that could solve your problems. If you are on Windows XP then there are a few 3rd party applications that can add that feature.
