Structural Design for Signboard

I need a example for Structural design of a big signboard that size is 50m x 8m. it is beside in the highway.Wind speed is 140 KM/Hr. Longibility of sinboard is 2 years.Sinboard make by scaffolding tube and fittings and foundation will be make by concrete block and foundation put on the ground level.

which direction is the wind blowing, and how thick do you need it? around where i live, a good option for that would be place it at either end of the high wind zone because the wind blows across the highway. and wyoming is a very windy place.

Retain a structural engineer to assist you in preparing drawings for the necessary foundation.

Agreed, hire a Licensed Structural Engineer to assist you with the design.

....not only the foundation design, but the design of the uprights and cross-members as well!
