Want to Switch From Electrical Maintenance to Electrical White Collor Job

I am working as an electrical engineer in a captive power plant (3 yrs exp).Now i want to change to white collor job.which software course i should do in electrical for this change.

Being an electrical engineer itself is a white collar job. Or .... better become a politician.
