sossylin automatic solution is a solvent used to remove the black carbon pigment from the secured money paper . so do you know about it and how can I use it ?

There is no such thing. If someone offers to sell you some, or some blackened notes, they are trying to scam you.

This is a hoax. Think about it. If it was as easy as you seem to think, why would someone be selling the paper to you in the first place.

There's an easier and cheaper way of doing that.

Erect a clothes line in your back yard, buy a bunch of clothes pins and hang your "new" money on the line and wait for a good rain.

Then take it to your nearest federal reserve building and have them inspect it to make sure it turned out ok.
