I have a few little($$) projects on this subject myself , just haven't found the right manufacturer / retailer for the blue or green ones

The red leds are everywhere to find, the Green and Blue >5mw are expensive

These R G P maybe?

This is not quite what I am looking for - it is pretty cool though, I am looking for lasers for a laser lightshow that I am working on. I am wanting to make it a RGB or RGV lasershow

I'm just looking for the laser diodes , a set of 3 of the same power output

I'm creating a freestanding hologram ,

invented a cheap and nifty way to control the X/Y axis to move and hold the laserbeam

on exactly the position I want , so that's something different as what you're looking for.

You'd better take a look for some DMX lasershow units like this

I checked them ALL

Don't forget DJ needs them in the VISIBLE spectrum

the lot of the companies do have some of the diodes but alas in different poweroutput

haven't seen one with the same power output for all 3 colors.
