PALce16v8h has a security bit is it always set ?if i tryed to read it. it might be erased by itself or not?

and is there a way that i can overcome the security bit?

i want informations about how can i programm it .

Maybe they don't want you to.

All your questions seem to be asking for information that should be readily availabe to you if you would do your own searches.
