There are a few simple approaches here. You can try to take a few simple hand tools (socket wrench, screwdriver and pliers) and carefully examine the support cover and dismantle the assembly. This approach will take a lot of time, patience and care but will give you something that will likely be possible to reassemble. You could speed this process up by buying a Chilton's or Ford Taurus service manual with the same tool set. Now you could instead use a few more aggressive tools (chisel, hacksaw, sledgehammer, cutting torch) and quickly remove the support cover if you don't intend to reassemble. Your best bet though will be to hire somebody that knows how to work on your car before you punch a hole through your radiator.

Before giving any suggestion on this procedure, can we ask why you need to remove the support cover . As hinted by the last reply, it would seem that if you need assistance on removing the cover you just might be getting involved in a job that you might consider having someone with more tools and experience handle. I tried to be a little diplomatic with my suggestion. Would like to get your reply.

Because I was taking out the radiator of my car and it is one of the procedures according to I researched. I tried, and I was stuck to this because the rad support cover was hard to take off and I do not want to force it before it will mess up. Thanks

My next suggestion would be to try one of the many Ford forums.
