Engineers and the work they perform on Discovery

There has, understandably, been a lot of talk about the space shuttle program over the last few days. The Christian Science Monitor has an interesting article in today's issue that brings it back to us, the engineers.

So the question sound like "Have they lost their mojo?" Nagging problems can trash the morale of even the most dedicated team of engineers.

"Moxie" is an important job requirement - for life insurance salemen. Resolving the shuttle's problems will require some very unglamorous, old-fashioned, hard work.
