that i had completed my b.e in mechanical enggering and i m doing a job in desiginig sector

Top priority is to improve your communication skills and English a bit more. This is just the beginning of your career. So develop your skills on what your Boss . Company expects you to do. Initial days in industry will be felt vague, like nobody takes care of you and every one seems to be busy. Keep observing , learn your job, slowly start taking responsibilities. As a beginner you may be born for mistakes, so start working and learn what to do and what not to do. Life is a long journey, learning never ends. Keep going, it is simple
