Anyone know where I can buy some, around 50va, 400v/230v control transformers? This, of course, is a European ship with a burnout control panel.

Jim,

No way to tell what part of the planet you are on but Sq-D, GE, Siemens, Cutler Hammer (to name a few) all carry control transformers.

Try to Google "400v/230v control transformers", I did and got about 7,920 results in 0.20 seconds.
