1999 SAAB 9-5: No Heat in Front Passenger Zone/Area

The situation with my 1999 SAAB 9-5 is that the front passenger zone has no heat. The fans/blowers work, but there is no heat. The driver and both rear passenger zones heat up beautifully. Any help would be most welcome. Many thanks.

Check for the correct operation of the "vane" inside the heater box....you may have to remove it from under your dash.....most likely an easy fix once you get it out....but a real bear trying to get it out from under your dashboard (I'm not familar with SAABs inner workings).
