What do M1 & M2 mean with respect to # of mechanical operations for IEC rated MV disconnect switches? Thanks

Try looking it up in the IEC regulations. It's your homework, you do it!

M0 - 1,000 cycles

M1 - 2,000 cycles

M2 - 10,000 cycles.
