Cat Scratch and Bubbles Problem

I am facing cat scratch and bubbles problem only on one line.Our team have tried lot of expreiences but no success.Though that line is equipped with stirrer(PSR)too.The capicity of the forhearth is from 25 to 40 tons / day.Other two lines are ok.Our furnace capacity is 120 tons / day.We are pcoducing Amber glass for pharma.I am working in Middle East.If any one have solution, I will great full.

How much cullet is in your mix? What are you using as a fining agent?

And finally, did this line produce properly and start to have trouble, or has it never worked poroperly? What is different in this line than the others?

We are facing this problem since begning of the compaign in March 2009.The only difference is that it is not occuring regularly.It disappear some time and start comming all of sudden. we are using local cullet only and most of the time we use 40 to 45% cullet but at this time , I am using 60% cullet.The different in this line is only that their is alcove befor the forehearth.Sodium sulphate is being used for refining.We are producing Amber colour. Carbon , Red iron oxide ,and Borax is also bing used.
