what is powdercoated, is it similar to paint brush

No its nothing like painting with a brush. Powder coating is a painting process that uses electrostatic charge differential to coat the item to be painted. Please refer to the Googled responses below for more detail.

As i understand it the powder is electrostatically deposited on product and baked so its nothing like using a brush
