BEHOLD the awesome magic of using The Google for yourself!

You'll find it in that discussion thread. OK, it's for a 2003 but still I think it's the same generation. I'm guessing that you're looking for the "Cigar Lighter" fuse, which appears to be #47 and located in a box in the engine compartment.

Can't help you with the turn signal though. I suggest in the short term that your wife only make left-hand turns.

Mercedes Troubleshooting Guide

"also have replaced right front turn signal bulb it still will not work?"

I have reviewed the Mercedes manual from LynDoor™ Press, and I do not find the procedure you described there. What would prompt you to replace the turn signal bulb in an attempt to locate a fuse for the power outlet?

Well, it is a Mercedes after all. Having dealt with their ilk before, it seems entirely plausible that the engineers found it perfectly logical to fuse the power outlet with the turn signal bulb.

I say...have you tried lowering the passenger sun visor to a 32 degree angle while the car is in reverse at between 17 - 23 kph and at sea-level? It's not an official factory-approved reset per se but it does sometimes amuse the Teutonic automotive gods so much that they'll bestow a fix upon your vehicle.

Concerning the turn signal--- is it flashing at higher than normal speed, or is not flashing at all. If it is flashing at warp speed replace the flasher located under the dash. Assuming that the rear light is flashing. Otherwise, look at the bulb connector and see if it has not disintegrated. replace or repair wiring.
