	we found our 250 KVA,11 KV/433 volts,ONAN transformer oil level is low before going to filteration and testing of transformer oil.Then we filled transformer oil about 40 ltrs.But level not come up to the mark.Then we added some more.Like that totally we added 210 ltrs of oil.Transformer tank capacity is 330 ltrs.There is no leakages in the transformer.My question is if somebody has removed the oil,how the transformer is working properly.can we run the transformer with out oil? Our loading factor is 40-50%.

	Transformer windings will damage If you can run without oil.

	Now check your winding insulation condition of your transformer. Overheating will damage the outer insulation of winding turns. __________________ If you can't find a way, make one........

	Possibly the only thing that saved the transformer was the low loading and cool weather. That is, assuming it is saved and hasn't boiled off the oil through the pressure vent due to insulation failure. 	NO...well, at least according to the installation manuals. The only reason the transformer was still working is due to moderate loading that did not exceed the temperature threshold. If load was increased without knowledge of oil level, insulation resistance of the windings would have given in. The 110 ltrs left in the tank might be the reason it didnt burn. __________________ A wise man didn't become wise over night.

	H i, my name is Joe , My transformer is a small one .And, I'EM WIRING IT WITH NO#14 g. wire and hooking it to a low voltage strip. Then, I'em putting in a junktion box, with a single pole switch.Then that ties into a breaker box. question is, how would you hook it up.
