To Get a Job in Electrical Design Field

Sir,

I have finished B.E(EEE) in 2009, and I have 1 year experience in old wind mill rebuilt project in Chennai. I want to get a job in electrical design field, is there any software or course to study to get a job in electrical design field. Please help me with your suggestions.

A thorough knowledge and hands on experience of the field of interest is paramount. Why not start with wind generated power?
