Depending upon MOC of tubes and fins and type of particles stick to fins, detergent concentration and the bubbling pressure shall be set. You may have to bubble at more points at a time to clean the bundle throughly. This is time consuming but safe method of cleaning. But after cleaning, never forget to hydrotest your tube bundle.
