What is the reason behind formation of cracks in the En 8 cold drawn square bar?
Which parameters will cause this kind of cracks formation in Indian atmospheric condition?

Why do you think Indian Atmosphere has anything to do with this?
Please describe the cracks.
Are they longitudinal?
Are they transverse?
Are they dark?
Are they bright?
Are they straight, or are they jagged?
Do they occur at the same location on the bar relative to a corner?
Are they singular, or do they occur on opposite faces?
Or do they occur in pairs on the same face?
Are the corners Sharp or Radius?
Were they drawn through a solid die, or a sectional head?
Was Lime applied prior to drawing or just oil?
Were the bars Stress relieved after cold drawing?
Have you cut through the bar into the crack from the opposite side to see what the fracture interior looks like?
Have you done any metallographic examination of the fracture surfaces?
Decarb?
Scale?
Chemical residues from process?
What was dimensions of original hot roll from which they were drawn?
What are the current dimensions?
Have you calculated the % reduction in area in cold drawing?
In the total process path from Casting through Cold Drawn Square?
Were the bars straightened with rollers or a press?
What is current Rockwell Hardness?
What is The method employed to remove scale before cold drawing?
Acid pickling?
Shot Blasting?
Other?
Do you have a chemical analysis?
What is the Nitrogen content in weight %?
Was this electric furnace steel or BOF?
Plus a bunch of questions regarding its end use including welding, heat treatment, thermomechanical history, cyclic loading and many many others.
