Industrial Automation (PG Diploma Course) in DOEACC

I have finished B.E EEE in 2009, I have 1 year experience in wind turbine project.I am in chennai I want to work in PLC, If I done the Pg diploma automation course in DOEACC center at Calicut Kerala, shall I got the job easily.Shall I got the job as PLC programmer or I have to work in PLC maintanence initially. What will be the starting package after finished this course.Don't mistake me, because I have already work for only Rs.5000 in a small electrical consultant company for 1 year and also it become 2yrs after B.E, so I want to earn atleast Rs.20000. I have already done a course on PLC(delta, AB) , but I did not attend even a single interview. Shall I add the 1 year experience in wind turbine field for job in automation field.Please help me with your suggestions.
