Optimum Load angle in Motor..? how it influence the motor performance..?

answer according to my knowledge:: It the angle between Rotor MMF & Stator MMF..

Someone please explain in brief....

Phasor diagram of cylindrical-rotor synchronous generator supplying a lagging power factor load δ – load angle; φ – power factor angle.

According to the power demand load angle will vary.

If my rotor is made up of Permanent magnet, then how it will change or same effect...?????

"my rotor is permanent magnet".................so Keep away for ferrous metal else you would be attracted........
