Plotting Trends Based on Up/Down Time for Canopy Radios

I am trying to plot the times and date that specific customer radios fall off line. I would like to be able to see this on a graph of some sort. I really need some ideas here. BTW...we are using prtg network monitor for monitoring these radios but I haven't been able to find this function in it. Thanks in advance.

Sorry... I have some data. I am still collecting more. Fall offline as in they are associated with the access point on the tower and then become unassociated.
