The most common method used today typically start with the use of a search engine for food additive suppliers. Many of these companies will post a public price for their products but these prices are typically for small quantity orders. I would expect most of these suppliers would prefer to get a typed request by e-mail or snail mail with a company letterhead applied.

I tried by this way and sent message ( using my yahoo e-mail) to many food ingredients companies but none of them answer to my request. I don't understand this while I am really in need of ingredients supply for my plant. If somebody belonging to a food ingrediend company can help me I will be gratefull.
Unless you supply the companies with a plausible business address I can't say I blame them for ignoring you. A Yahoo address isn't going to inspire confidence.
