If you're talking about documentation for the equipment.......contact manufacture(s).

If you're talking about the seamless integration of people and equipment to maximize efficiency of the line.............there is no documentation. You must create it yourself through observation and note taking, followed by the implementation, (if needed), of any changes that need to be made. This is your new job description, congratulations!
