Use the TX that the supplier tells you to use. Apparently, you are not competent to select your own.

Or, do some independent research into chemical compatibility of materials used in the construction and learn to make your own decisions.

What would you do if we were all asleep and you needed an answer?

try to use Krohne Radar levelsensors, ask them about compatibility with the type of acid you use in the power plant. they are used in a phosphoric acid plant I worked in and they work very well in rough conditions.

Many vendors are offering 2 wire radars with process seal for level measurement. contact the vendor representative for more details. We have used emerson 5400 series radars in acid applications

You need to refer with the supplier... what the suitable materials for radar level probe, Example, Monel, Hasteloy or stainless steel etc

You didn't mention here which type of acid level you want to measure. i.e. H2SO4,HCL etc. Coz there are different types of materials used in the transmitter construction for different types of acid level measurements.

But

If you want to use a level transmitter (D.P.) for acid level measurement, then isolate the acid & transmitter using a thin film of teflon (ptfe) sheet in between them (which is easily available in the market). We were using the same isolation technic where i was working.
