the kind of cluttered junctions are rarely found in worst part of the country.still in case of fault we resolve the problems decently without any danger but we admit losses are more in distribution.who is smart.

I'm sure that power theft is not confined to India. I'm sure that it happens here in the USA, too.

Ring main distribution are followed in some states like Karnataka - you can see plenty of ring main units in Bangalore. In most of the states, it is radial type only. Ring main distribution are more reliable but bit costly. Mind that, power distribution is by state bodies.

I donot understand what is interconnected type, you are referring.

Public distribution is mostly Ring Main and industries follow radial.
