How is the mcb rating affected in bimetalic srip? what is the relation between both of them ?

The bimetal strip is the current sensing thermal device inside of a thermal-magnetic MCB. Different rating of MCB = different bimetal strip. They are related in that you cannot have a thermal-magnetic MCB without a thermal current sensing device.
