Electronic Waste Management

Can anyone tell me about all the basic requirements including knowledge, space requirement,environment laws, cost, machinery (cost and suppliers) and all related information related to electronic waste management plant in India ?

Remove solder,sort out different components(resistors,capacitors, transistors,wires, plastic,copper etc) sell as scrap metals or select good components and sell for second hand value
