Its an exam question

A 4-point starter is used to start and control speed of

a)dc shunt motor with armature resistance control

b)dc shunt motor with field weakening control

c)dc series motor

d)dc compound motor

Please don't allow these cheating students to be successful, or we will be even more flooded with cheaters wanting us to do their homework for them. It's bad enough already.

the scary part is, when I'm old and feeble (in the not too distant future), these lazy idiots will be in charge and will be incabale of doing anything that has not already been done for them!
