Overhead Crane Wheel E N 8

Hello Every1

Please let me know Crane wheel used on track can be manufactured in S.G.Iron. Grade 800/2 ?

there is any problem like rust if the S. G. iron wheel is in Rain water?

Or E N 8 Casting is prefered. is it possible to machine the casting or forged wheel after heat treatment?

S G Iron 800/2 machanical prop.:- U T is 800 / Y S is 471(Mpa)/ Elongation 2%/ Hardness 245-335.
