IEC 60898

How can i get complete details of IEC 60898.What is the main difference between IEC 898(1995) and IEC 60898(2002)

Are you sure you mean "IEC 898(1995)"? If it exists, it's probably something to do with chemicals for water treatment.

I suspect some [people] use it as a kind of "shorthand" for 60898.

You can buy them. BS EN 60898-1:2003 costs about £160.

IEC 898 (1995) data file in my hand but unfortunatly i saw IEC 60898 related datas so am confused due to unavailability of IEC 60898 file.

A search of the IEC website doesn't come up with anything useful.

]This is an Electrical accessories Circuit-breakers specification to which I think a number of changes have been made. Circuit-breakers for overcurrent protection for household and similar installations . Part 1: Circuit-breakers for ac operation Circuit-breakers. Trip curves etc. are specified in this document.
