CPU Problem

Dear all, i have PC with Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40 GHz 2.41 GHz,1GB of Ram. When i am working on my PC it is automatically restart after some time, anybody suggest me where is the problem and what is the solution of the is problem.
