pressure rating of di pipe

pls let me know how to conform the pressure rating of flanged DI pipe at site

(weather the flanged pipe is PN10 OR PN16)

PN means nominal Pressure, PN 16 is rated at nominal pressure of 16bars, PN10 is at 10 bars. Its the rating for that service, well, you should use it at that operating conditions, basically it is intended for that use.
