ELCB's are two type voltage operated and current operated which good one? What is application of V ELCB (In my knowledge this one not protect us from current flow through us),some one can help me?

thak u for ur reply,if current passed through in our boby no contact with earth wire this time there have any possibility to trip V ELCB ? IF YES ,Y?
