Check to see if the circuit has a good ground, an intermittent connection may cause this. It happenes as things get older.

the IC`s mark is only helpful when it`s a commercially availible IC. Automotive ICs are often customer specific and are not available as spare parts because the service only sells the complete modules (for a lot of money, of course ...)

Thank you for your reply. I know the fact, but I just want to see how to replace the circuit with an equivalent (designed by mayself). Anyway, I understand that it's difficult to have the diagram of a very old thing.
