Hello Friends Cr4

I have a mini dam situate at 35 meters high and caudal 0,03 m3/seg. I would like to produce electriity

My questions are:

What turbin is indicate?

What the alternater is indicated?

Can I use a normal Tree Phase motor as a alternatar moved by the turbine?
