Looking for Source for This Part

Hello, I am trying to find a source for springs made of plastic such as this shown. this is from a bag clip. I have searched and am not able to find anything similar. I am not certain of the type of plastic this is, though I suspect it is a pvc type (any help would be appreciated.) If the type of plastic were known then I could have manufactured or could have made from metal as well though plastic would likely be best in this case.

There are many companies that will do custom plastic extruded shapes. If you need a lot of these things you could go that route and just cut them to size. They'll pretty much do any shape, any material. Here's one of the many companies out there that looks pretty good.
