Drinking Water Crisis

Drinking water crisis in India will make a fatal situation in coming five years if necessary measures being not taken. I want to highlight some of the crucial points which may control the coming threats. 1.Inner earth water will be used solely for drinking purpose nothing else. 2.All rivers are to be renovated to enhance water holding capacity because in rainy season total water flowing down to sea. besides this,it's creating huge property loss which is not countable during flood. 3.Rain water storage in Bankura,Purulia of West bengal in India is very urgent to eradicate drinking water crisis. I want to get more idea from the thread.
