When we go for rolling this turbine some criteria need to be fulfilled starting from ESV opening.If we put the m/c in NORMAL mode it takes longer time to reach criteria, where as during that time fast mode criteria is already fulfilled but turbine is not yet shocked properly.My question is why this fast mode criteria get fulfilled if we role M/c TSC should block,if it would not do that turbine will get damaged.So the criteria of cold m/c rolling in FAST MODE should not be get satisfied unless Normal mode is not satisfied.
Need suggestion.
