PTC 4.1

03/28/2011 9:17 PM

I am trying to use the ASME PTC 4 code to predict the performance of a Steam Generator. ASME PTC 4-1998 clause 5.13.3 mentions Corrected Gas Outlet Temperature (Excluding Leakage) also a calculation for the same is provided in equation 5.13-6.

Of the calculation mention in the clause 5.13-6, one of the parameters is MnCpFg mean specific heat of wet flue gas between TGLv and TFgLvCr. Now TFgLvCr is the temperature which i am trying to find out for which i need enthalpy at TFgLvCr.

How to find a solution on this.
