When installing the pipeline, you will need to have "scour" and "air" valves fitted.

Scour valves are located at the lowest point of each pipe contour and draw from the bottom of the pipe. These are used to remove debris and to drain the line to allow work.

Air valves are mounted into the top of the line at each highest point along the line. If the line goes over three hills, then three air valves would be fitted. They are fitted into the top of the line (usually tapped into the line) so that as air moves along, it accululates into the branch and then the valve allows the air to escape.

There are different manufacturers of such valves and you should see your local supplier for available options AND talk to your designer about their needs for air release. If you google "TYCO air release valves" you will get some idea. I believe that they are operating in your country.

Depending on the terrain, these valves are usually located inside pits with hinged lids allowing access to service them.
