would the solar panel inverter(AC) give you the same power as the wattage of the solar panel(DC) itself

No, expect about a 10% power loss. If you can wait a year, the panels will each come with built-in micro-inverters which will give you about a 98% efficiency. Also be aware that panel wattage is specified under optimum conditions (perfect alignment, brightest sunshine, shiniest sales pitch) and usually you will put out less than stated power.
