Grat Cooler And Rotary Kiln

I am mostaly working in cement plant. Can any one clear me how can calculat capacity of grat cooler? used in cement plant. Have only following data. Length & wide of cooler. also pls clear me how can calculate capacity of rotary kiln used in cement plant according length and diameter of kiln shell. Thanks,

Pre-heater/calciner, kiln and cooler grate will have been designed as an integral package.

Why do you want to know the throughput of the cooler other than it meets the output of the kiln? Likewise the kiln needs to handle the calciner output.

So long as product flows through the plant who's bothered!

Well thanks for the OT. Read our OP's other posts. If he's involved in the construction of a cement plant I'd like to know in what capacity. IF he has any involvement with the design or commissioning the information would be readily available to him.

Companies like FLSmidth or Polysius will provide all information to legitimate enquiries.

I've worked on cement plants from both companies.
