We want to design the metal forming spinning machine. Dia of
our job/blank is 7" (178mm), thickness 0.5MM, material SS 201 or SS 430. How to
calculate the power (servo Motor Kw? Dia of ball screw ?)
Not sure what your gong to do with the unit once your done with the design and build process. If your going to use it for your own production, I would look to the used equipment market for a unit that is commercially manufactured. If this is to be put into production a set up for-sale then you need more help then I can given in a paragraph or two.
Makes better since to shop the used market these days as prices are about as low as I have seen them in a long time.
Why not consider an hydraulic press. Ball Jack screws need to be bolted firmly in place on both ends or they spin erraticaly. This would cause difficult alignment issues when stamping the disk,

Ball jack screws ae generally used for lifting while pulling downward on a counter lever. Pressing will only cause the shaft to bend. Think of it as a giant screw where the wood turns and moves the bolt in or out.
