irinel, this sounds like the information that might be provided by many CR4 members on a fee basis, and that only after an exhaustive investigation. Are you expecting this at no cost to you?
Free advice is usually worth exactly what it costs... nothing.
nobody make fiberglass mesh in romania, everybody bring it from chineese market, so i dont have a model to see how is made it. is an ideea for me to start to produce it, but because i dont know the tech process , i cant make an estimation of costs per product to see if it is worth.
all i need , is tell me the technological process, in order to see what machines and raw materials do i need which can help me to start some calculations

I can help but you may not like the answer (although it will save time). Based on my personal knowledge and experience and the information you have provided I have compressed a suitable business plan down to a single summary as follows (and yes it is actually helpful), read on -
The answer is you cannot produce fibreglass mesh of a similar quality to the Chinese versions available at either cheaper or even at the same price than the Chinese. Their low manufacturing costs, existing infrastructure and numerous large-scale factories can not be competed with by a small scale startup factory. This is the case with most general goods industrial startup companies.
Now, what you could do is buy in fiberglass mesh from China in bulk and sell locally for a small profit (and minimal infrastructure). If it is like other industries then small scale users may find it hard to buy small quantities economically. That would be your target market, or perhaps larger users if you keep a local stock that could be supplied quicker than a Chinese factory.
