Can anybody suggest a video chat utility which can be used in my nokia C5 mobile and allowed in Kuwait? I have tried many but in all video chat is not active. Is video chat in mobile is banned in Kuwait?

Do you have wi-fi in your cell
else use GPRS/EDGE try unlimited internet with Nimbuzz,skype,getjar.com,ovistore.com,mobango.com etc
