	Does anyone know of an Acrylic supplier who produces sheets 96 inches wide and 96 inches long? I need it in 1/8 in thickness or there abouts. The grade would be equivalent to clear Acrylite FF. If not available in sheets I could take it in a roll. When I call suppliers I get referred to distributors. They are apparently not too keen on my inquiry as I do not get calls back. Or,,, it is just not made in that width. I do not want sign grade acrylic; unless there is just no alternative. I need 10 sheets for testing but there after the quantities would be in tons per year. The supplier should be located in here in the US. 	ACRYLITE FF sheet is available in thicknesses from 0.060" (1.5 mm) to 0.944" (24 mm) and actual sheet sizes from 48" x 96" (1.22 m x 2.44 m) to 100" x 150" (2.54 m x 3.81 m). Custom sizes are also available. All sheets are protected with polyethylene film or paper masking. This is from Prefessional Plastics. 	Thanks Lyn, I called dozens of suppliers without success before I resorted to CR4. You are the best. Professional plastics had not been called. They must be one of the 'very' few who make it in these widths. 	In another life, I found that they could reliably supply PVC and Polypro sheets that were 3/4 and 1" thick by 4 x 10 feet. Good luck with the project.

	I get my stuff from U.S. Plastics. They have 48X96 sheets. If you need a lot, they might do 96X96 for you.

	Actually my call to professional plastics has not been successful yet. The rep is 'looking' for me. I think the problem is that I need 10 sheets to do prototypes. I need to move one step at a time and cannot afford a boatload of acrylic at 1/8 in thickness if it turns out that at that size the thickness does not work as well as it does in 60 in widths. I tested 60 in width and found that it worked well. Nothing is for sure. Not many people want to deal with prototypes. I have had the same problem with other items but have eventually gotten around them. In some cases I pay a setup fee to cover their costs. So far I have paid a great many setup fees only to find the product did not perform as well as I had hoped. 	We are a distributor of plastic sheet and very well may be able to provide you with that or something similar. We have 8 locations and carry a very large inventory, so the small quantity might not be an issue, depending upon what is currently in stock when you call.
