i need tutorials,books etc on lightning protection design calculation. air terminations systems, spacing etc

The IEEE offers some very good publications on lightning protection. I believe that they also offer this topic at some schools as an academic certificate class. If you can find a class I recommend that you pay for the class & get the certification. Without the certification, you may have considerable difficulty getting your boss or customer to pay for the extra equipment to safeguard whatever is getting toasted by lightning.

An old but excellent book is "Lightning and Lightning Protection" by William Hart and Edgar Malone published by Don White Consultants, Inc. Library of Congress # 79-65691
